Our Chardonnay is a great balance of bright citrus and honey with a touch of oak character and hints of juicy peach. Crafted with care so that no single flavor overpowers another, this wine is simply delicious and easy-to-drink.
Exceptionally rich and fruity, this wine encompasses flavors of sweet raisins, currants, cherries and spice, combining to make a perfect orchestration for a dessert wine. Traditional aging in oak barrels adds to the character and flavor of this delicious Port.
“Bright red-ruby. Slightly high-toned aromas of raspberry, cassis, cocoa powder and voilet. Sweet and silky on the palate, offering an alluring fleshy quality to its intense cassis fruit framed by an edge of acidity.” – Stephen Tanzer
Oregon- A beautiful, dark ruby color, the nose develops well in the glass, and it possesses an intense aromatic bouquet, reminiscent of spices, blackcurrant and other red and black berries. On the palate, Cloudline offers a caressing texture and a long flavorful finish.
A brilliant, light gold color in the glass, the wine exudes layers of fresh aromas; honeycrisp apple, pear, lemon crème and toasted brioche bread. The aromas ring true on the lush palate with flavors of vanilla flan, toasted almond paste and honey notes which linger through to the persistent and crisp finish. The wine is aged for 12 months with 20% of the blend aged in new French oak barrels. The remainder of the blend sees a combination of seasoned one- to two-year-old French barrels as well as stainless-steel tank (on the lees), giving the wine a beautiful creamy texture.
This elegant and fruity Bordeaux Rosé brings a sense of celebration to its region’s refined wines. 2016 La Cabane Rosé is a clean pink color in the glass and refreshes wine-lovers with a lively character and long-lasting flavor. Share a bottle with friends, especially if you’re serving summer salads and grilled meat.
Our prize offering, the ultra premium Claret, sports a label that honors the first Cabernet Sauvignon blended in a Bordeaux style by Gustave Niebaum in 1910. Claret is a term originally coined by the British to describe Cabernet-based wines. This Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend is alluring and sophisticated; it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise. Borrowing tradition of European wineries, we add gold netting to bottle to signify outstanding quality of wine.
Our Lineage White is a blend of Pinot Blanc
and Pinot Gris: two grapes that are mutations
of Pinot Noir. The wine is juicy and rich with just
a kiss of sweetness. Flavors of super ripe Bosc
pears, honeydew melon, white peach, and lily
are matched with crisp acidity. Pair this wine
with cool springtime dishes that feature firstof-the-season
spring vegetables and shellfish.
They tilled the land, mined, built earth-movers in factories. Rooted to the ground. That was their presumed inheritance. But their dust-covered hands would clutch the throttles and triggers of the bombers sent to the Pacific. They flew the longest missions and were crowned above the jungles of Southeast Asia. They came to rule the skies, but they remained grounded all the while. They returned to the land, the Land of the Free, but, together, they always will be – the King of the Heavies.
The lesser known Cab, Cabernet Franc actually sired Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s most famously from Bordeaux. While commonly known as a blending wine during much of the Twentieth Century, it is more frequently becoming a solo act due to its plethora of floral, plum, blackberry, spice, and herb aromas and flavors.
Our Cabernet Franc is a king of the heavies. It packs a punch of flavors; it soars by itself without the need to get lost as a blend.
Selfish. Impatient. A little insecure. Makes mistakes. Out of control. At times hard to handle. Not exactly characteristics you’d expect to describe one of the most sought-after and idolized women of all time. Not only that, but that’s exactly how she described herself. Add witty to her list of characteristics, because she also mused that “if you can’t handle me at my worst, you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” You were the total package, Marilyn. The 2017 Luna Nuda Pinot Grigio is even more crisp and fresh than past vintages due to cooler temperatures throughout the year. This vintage expresses stone fruit flavors with hints of thyme almond notes on the palate. Luna Nuda Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine with brilliant minerality and subtle notes of alpine air from Italy’s northernmost region. This wine is perfectly paired with mussels and French fries.
